一、 操作步驟：
1） 接好空氣壓力，把壓力調到合適（4-5KG/cm2）；
2） 打開電源開關，電源指示燈亮；
3） 打開調模開關，卷邊氣缸會下降50mm；
4） 把需要卷邊的圓筒放到模盤上面；
5） 松開導桿上鎖緊的旋轉手柄螺絲，使用頂部手輪上模頭可以上下移動，將上模盤調整至圓筒上面1-2mm左右（即打開調模開關時不要碰到圓筒即可）隨后鎖緊調節螺絲；
6） 關掉調模開關，打開預熱溫度和加熱溫度開關，隨材料不同，調
整至合適溫度，（PVC85ºC左右、APET75ºC左右，僅供參考）；
7） 完成以上步驟后，就調整好機器了。在溫度合適時將圓筒放在模
具內，按下起動按鈕就可卷邊；建議轉動，打開調速器開關；
8） 卷邊的高度可以使用調節行程控制高度來控制，卷邊速度可以由調壓閥和加熱溫度來控制；
二、 維修保養：
1） 本機器維修簡單，基本上不需要維修，只需一個月內檢查一
次存油缸的存油量，按油缸容量的70%為準；
2） 當發現卷邊速度有快有慢時，行程不穩定，請將調壓閥開到
最大值，將卷邊行程松開，然后空載運行多次，直到缸內空
氣排完為止（遇到此問題時，請打電話到我司咨詢）；
3） 氣缸不動作：檢查電磁閥線圈有無燒壞（如線圈燈不亮，則
表示燒壞，需更換）。
4） 發熱盤不發熱：檢查溫控器是否正常；
